1. Take place after school Tuesday 10^th, and Friday 13^th.
2. Those who are going to Fall Rally must attend!! The Friday one is mandatory for all that are going to Fall Rally!
3. Those who just want to lean the cheers can come as well.
7. New Members! - Join the yahoo D3 reflectors group, you'll be sent emails about new events and things all Key Club! The link is in the sidebar!!
8. IDs, pins, and certificates are here!!!
1. Those who got cards last year and continued to be a member this year won’t get new cards, sorry :(
9. UCLA Key 3 College with Circle K.
1. It will be held on November 22, 2009, Sunday.
2. For high school kids to get info on higher education, there will be lots of other clubs there.
3. No hours, it’s just a outreach thing, if you want to learn more about college why not go to college students themselves!
10. The Ronald McDonald House Dinner thing is coming on December 7^th, a Monday
1. What it is, we go to the Ronald McDonald House and serve food to families with kids.

Meeting Notes!

Hey Everyone! :)

Here is the information incase you need a reminder or weren't there :)

1. Trick or Treat for UNICEF!
1. keep collecting donations and try and fill up your boxes!
2. The person who comes up with the most donations will win a special prize!
3. I’ll collect them in Mid. November. So be conscientious on the time you have left.
2. DUES! (You can still pay, but you won’t get your stuff until after everyone else has.)
3. 1. FALL RALLY!
   1. November 14^th!
   2. You’ll be needing to know all the cheers and basic stuff, so we'll have at least 3 spirit sessions in the two weeks before Fall Rally.
   3. The day of Fall Rally we'll meet at Hoover High School ( 651 Glenwood Road, Glendale, CA 91202) @ 7:15 am
4. 1. Krispy Crème Donut Fundraiser ( I know it’s last minute and on Halloween!)
   1. This Saturday from 8:30am-4pm
   2. We’re teaming up with John Marshall Key Club.
   3. Advertise about the Fundraiser! We need to sell 70 boxes!
   4. Even if you can’t help out, you should stop by and buy a box, the money goes to PTP! & It’s only $8 a box for 12 donuts!!!
   5. We’ll be in front of the Kodak theater (Hollywood High Key Ckub) and Ralphs (on 670 Western Ave.[John Marshall Key Club]) We're splitting up because it's easier to sell donuts that way. So come to whichever! :)

You can still get donations even if you don't have a box.

I'll pass out the info fliers so you can show people what Trick or Treat for UNICEF is all about!

• Dance-A-Thon

It's this Saturday from 5pm until 11pm. (You don't have to stay the whole time, but you should

try and stay for a while because it'll be fun!)

It's at 1800 N. Western Ave. LA, CA 90027 ( a Church near Griffith Park)

Don't forget the entrance fee is $10 and the dance competition is only $1!

There will be games, movies, and our marriage booth, along with many delicious treats and drinks!

• Dues and Fall Rally Money was due today!!

You can still pay dues but it'll take longer to receive the card and pin because I can't update members for another month. So don't fret you can still become a member if you missed this deadline!

Fall Rally! YAYY! It's November 14th and we meet at Hoover High School. I hope everyone that is going has a ride to Hoover High School (651 Glenwood Road, Glendale, CA 91202) in the morning of Fall Rally! You need to be at Hoover by 7:15 am! Even though it seems early, think about this way, the earlier we get there the faster we'll leave and be at Six Flags! We won't return to Hoover High until late, but not later than midnight. I hope everyone is looking forward to it, I know I am! :)

1. It’s 647 N. San Vicente Blvd. in West Hollywood
2. Look for a D3 Key Club Booth!
3. Come at 8:15am to sign in at our booth
4. If you haven’t signed up online yet, no worries just come to the walk and you can sign up there at our booth! Come early!
5. The walk starts at 10am! And you can’t sign up after the walk has started.

4. There is a dance competition thing where you pay $1 and you could win a free fall rally ticket!!
5. Every club is still doing their own booth, so we need at least 2 people at the booth at all times, I’ll be one of them and there can be shifts so you can have fun!

2. During Nutrition and Lunch I’ll be at the Student Store where you get change or bus passes, so find me there to give me dues money!

1. We’re going to be marching in it! So wear your key cub shirts and hats!
2. If you don’t have any (like the new members) but still want to march, just have something navy blue to wear over for the marching.

-RTC(mandatory for all officers): It will be on September 26th at Burroughs High School from 2-4 pm. RTC dress attire is business casual! DCM will be RTC, so even if you're not an officer it would be great if you come. Bring $5 even if you don't want to eat the food!

-Register for the AIDS walk with our division! it will be on October 18th. Website:http://www.aidswalk.net/losangeles then register and join the team DIVISION 3 KEY CLUB 3605

-The 25th Annual Abbot Kinney Festival is going to be on September 27,2009. We will be helpin out from 6:30am- 9:30 am, the time is only this time because all the shifts we taken up pretty quickly. So call me or text me if you can go by 3pm TODAY! The address is 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd., Venice, CA 90291.

-October 24th is WAKE-A-THON! It's 13 dollars and from 12pm-12am (afternoon to midnight)

-Also, sorry to say buuut dues are due no later than October 15th! Turn them in to Cheryl! Dues are $11!

I hope everyone is starting with a goood year & don't forget to go to the meetings which will be now in Ms. Taron's room, rm 421.

Okaay, so if you missed the meeting heres what we talked about:
